Luberta Lytle is an Executive Life Coach and the owner/founder of LL Life Coaching Company.  Drawing upon her background of working with people and personal experiences she works with women who are stuck and unsatisfied in their current career and life path. Luberta has a unique appreciation of mindset and the power it has to change patterns of behavior. Throughout all of her work, Luberta focuses on building strengths and minimizing weaknesses through feedback, self-discovery and detailed action plans. She helps motivates women to find fulfillment by activating and implementing their purpose and empowering them to become satisfied and fulfilled during their life journey. 

Luberta has twenty-eight years of working experience.  She is currently a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional for the State of Illinois.  She has held several titles at this facility: Mental Health Technician, Practical Nursing, Public Service Administration and Residential Service Supervisor.  Her strengths include being well-organized, ambitious, enthusiastic, hard-working, diligent, and honest.

Luberta also participates in a non-profit organization offering mentoring, self-esteem and self-confidence development for young ladies in grades 5th through 12th.  The program is called Sisters Influencing Sisters (S.I.S.).

Luberta makes time to be involved with community and professional organizations.  She is a member of the Matrons Women Club and the Black Women Networking Organization.  She has been a long standing member of AFSCME Union.  She has held the following titles in this organization: President, Vice-President, Executive Board Member and Trustee.   She is currently sitting on their Third Level Grievance and Negotiation Bargaining Committee.  She is currently sitting on the board for the Centralia Community Youth Center.

Luberta earned her Master of Business Administration from Lindenwood University located in Belleville, IL in May of 2015.  She received her Bachelor of Science Organizational Leadership from Greenville College, located in Greenville, IL in May of 2013.  She received her Practical Nursing Certificate from Kaskaskia College located in Centralia, IL in June of 1998.

Luberta lives in Centralia, IL with her husband Delmore and they have eight adult children ranging from ages 38 to 25.  They also have thirteen grandchildren ranging from ages 15 to 6 months.  When Luberta is not working, she likes to travel, reading, and enjoying being outside.  Luberta can be reached at Luberta3@hotmail.com or (618) 918-0983.
